I. Chinese Government Scholarship

Chinese Government Scholarship awardees will be free of tuition and admission fee waivers, and receive a monthly stipend of RMB 3,000. In addition, NCNST will provide research assistantship for awardees considering their academic performances. The total amounts of monthly stipend will be no less than RMB 3500 for master students.

Awardees could be provided with insurance and accommodation (shared room), free of charges. For those who choose to live outside UCAS campus with UCAS approval in advance, they will be entitled to an accommodation allowance of RMB 700/month.

Scholarship duration is 3 years.

II. UCAS Scholarship

Awardees would be exempted from a tuition fee of RMB 30,000/year.

UCAS provides monthly stipend of RMB 2,000 for students. In addition, NCNST provides research assistantship for awardees considering their academic performances. The total amounts of monthly stipend will be no less than RMB 3000. UCAS provides basic accommodation to awardees, free of charges.

The insurance premium is RMB 800/year, with RMB 400 for half-year term, and it would be deducted from the first stipend of each academic year.

Scholarship duration is no longer than 36 months.
