 1. About NCNST

National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, China (NCNST) was established in December 2003. It is jointly constructed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Education, with a focus on original foundational nanoscience research and transformative industrial nano technologies. After two decades of development, it has developed into a globally leading research and education institution in nanoscience and technology .

In recent years, Nanotechnology has become the critical support in these emerging areas, such as information technology, artificial intelligence, quantum technology, new energy, new materials, green manufacturing, and health and medicine etc. Now, how to enhance humanity's innovation across various fields and industries with nanotechnology, will be our major challenge.

We welcome your participation and make efforts to serve the development of human civilization and economy through nanotechnology.
